GPs
GPs often refer to our clinic to provide assessment and treatment services for a wide range of psychological issues. These are usually referred under the Medicare Better Access Scheme using a Mental Health Care Plan. In some instances ADF veterans with a White Card or Gold Card will be accepted by the practice. As we do not have a centralised reception area, please contact individual practitioners BEFORE referring a patient to explore availability to take on new clients.
Legal Services
At this point in time the practice is unable to undertake medico-legal, forensic, or care proceedings assessments.
Third Party Referrers
CCFP works with a range of third party referrers including EAP providers, NDIS, Open Arms, Victim Support programs, and youth support agencies. These providers generally engage with a practitioner directly to arrange access to services. The details of our clinicians can be found on our psychologists page.
Private Referrals
Clients are welcome to refer themselves under a privately-funded arrangement by contacting the clinician of their choice using the details on our psychologists page.
